Overton-Hart was established in 1985 and is headed
by Bob Overton-Hart BSc FRICS MCIOB MCIArb.

Since then we have worked with clients in London and the south-east, with particular emphasis of providing a comprehensive and high-quality building surveying service to clients in the commercial, education, healthcare, ecclesiastical, charity, leisure and building conservation sectors.

On the basis that life is about relationships, we aim to have a good working relationship with all our clients, contractors and other consultants to achieve a mutually satisfying outcome on any project.
